Q.

Wisdom teeth

Hi.I had my wisdom teeth removed on the 19/11/08 and was all ok until this past Saturday where my top right where Wisdom tooth was in is giving me so much pain im on pain killers. What can this be i called my doctor and she said i must come in but it might be a dry socket, what does it mean???

there is a possible infection in the socket where the tooth was. Also known as alveolar osteitis.

So what happens now???
Hope it does not mean operation again or dig in the socket. Please xlain what has to happen!!!
