Q.

VITAMINS FOR TEETH?

Hi there,

I brush twice a day, floss &  gargle with a mouth-wash, but my back gums (behind the teeth) still feel a bit tender. Right now i' m busy eating sweet-melon and when i chew at the back, then it' s rather sore. Is there any vitamin or supplement I can take? I don' t think it' s an absess (spelling?) because it' s on both sides.....

Thanks
JJ

There are a number of vitamin supplelements available on the market but they have no dental benefit in my opinion.
The tenderness could be due to impacted wisdom teeth or some other cause.
