Q.

two front teeth

My son' s 2 front teeth were rotten at two due to bottle feeding at night. At three years we took him for a refill of patch and it looked normal again. He is now 7 years old , the patched teeth have not made way for the new teeth. The new ones are growing inside the gums. What should I do, wait for the old teeth to come out or have them removed. The new ones are visible and looks crooked or not straight.Pls help.

have the dentist look at them. in most cases the baby teeth will need to be removed/
