Q.

tooth decay

i tend to need filllings done so often, my teeth somehow seem to have a weak enamel. is there anything i can do to prevent decay? i do brush twice a day etc. recently i see that i need to have my front tooth filled, and also noticed my teeth are stained. any sugguestions? thanks again

Besides a good diet, a correct brushing and flossing regimen and regular visits to a dentist, there's not much more you can do to prevent cavities.
Brushing twice a day is not sufficient if done incorrectly. Ask your dentist to describe the correct brushing and flossing procedure to you
