Q.

Tooth decay

Hi
My son is 2 and a half years old , most of his teeth ecspecially the front ones are extremly rotten. We brush them twice a day. He also eats lots of sweets.
Please advise me if I should extract these or wait for them to fall out? At what age do they fall out.

Thanks

first go for a consult- the teeth will either need to be extracted or filled. DO NOT wiat for them to fall out.
the permanent teeth only start appearing at 6-7 years
