Q.

Tooth decay 2 year old

My 2 year old boy is having really bad tooth decay, his upper front 4 teethes are getting brown, 2 of them are brown already and he doesn''t want me to brush his upper teeth due to pain I assume, he is still drinking his bottle during the night. The dentist recommend taking those 4 teeth out but I am afraid if I do that his way of speech will be effected and I don''t really want him to have a pedi partial cause that might also effect his speech development, is there any other options except pulling it out? What will happen if I leave it will it eventually disolve or fall out it self maybe?

Extraction is often the only option in most cases of decay caused by sleeping with the bottle. leaving the teeth will cause more problems. the permanent teeth only erupt at about 7 so it is very unwqise to leave thet teeth unattended to for 5 years.
