Q.

Toddler''s teeth going a bit yellow

My 18 month old has 12 teeth. Recently we noticed that they seem to be developing a slight yellow colour. We have recently started brushing twice a day (before this it was evenings only). We have also started with Xgel, recommended by the clinic, about a month ago. She has also been on Zymaflour since she was 6 months old (on advice from her paediatrician due to the water quality in Cape Town). Could any of this be causing the yellow colour or are there other possible causes? Should we be taking her to a dentist or paediatrician to take a look? Is this normal?
Thank you

definitely see a dentist-could possibly be due to Zymafluor/Xgel
