Q.

TODDLER''S TEETH

Hi,

I have a 6 year old son. He''s busy getting his first two wisdom teeth (lower jaw). Only problem is, they are growing out at the back of his milk teeth. The milk teeth didn''t fall out yet. Do I have to be worried?

Thanking you in advance.

it's not the wisdom teeth (these erupt at around 18), they are probably the first molars. There are no baby teeth under the first molars so there would not have been a baby tooth that needed to fall out first.
