Q.

toddlers milk teeth

my 21 month old has for the past 6 weeks or so, developed brown teeth!

I brush them twice a day. I let him use his toothbrush and I give it a good wipe with aquafresh and a facecloth, as he really just plays with the brush.
he still drinks milk at night. Could this be what it is from? There hasnt been any change in his diet or routine though.he hardly eats any sweets, and drinks diluted apple juice, or water.

The bottom teeth are much worse than the top teeth. It is stained, it cant be 'scratched' or wiped off.
He had antibiotics about 6 weeks ago. I have heard this can cause staining. But he has had antibiotics before without this happening, altho this time it was a different kind of AB.

What could it be and how do I treat it?

it could be caused by the antibiotic but there is also the likelihood that the brown marks you see are is decay. if he is sleeping with the bottle at night then the possiblilty that the teeth are decayed is greater.
Take him to a dentist ASAP.
