Q.

Toddler check up

Hi

At what age should I take my toddler to the dentist for her first checkup? She brushes twice a day (obviously I help her), and I don''t let her drink soda or eat sweets. I don''t want her to have a bad experience and cause her to be afraid of going to the dentist (we had a great dentist as children, and I have no problem going, but my husband is PETRIFIED of the dentist). Thanks!

Experts suggest the first visits to coincide with the eruption of the first teeth.
