Third molar eruption after second molar extraction

Dear Dental Expert

I got a root canals done on both my upper second molars. I also have to have my wisdom teeth removed. I was wondering what the consequences would be if I had the two second molars extracted and not have the wisdom teeth removed. Would the wisdom teeth come out? Currently, there is no space for my third molars and they would fill the second molar gap quite nicely if they could replace them. Is this even possible? It would be amazing to save two functional teeth.

Kind regards
