Q.

Teeth whitening

Hi Doc
I have a bad breath problem especially after drinking coffee or tea and the colour of my teeth is changing from white to cream,is there any teeth whitening or any anything that i can buy for this and bad breath, if there is,what is it and how long do i have to keep using it, and wher can I get it?

first see a dentist for a professional cleaning and for a full examination. once your mouth is healthy (no decayed teeth, gum disease etc), ask the dentist about tooth whitening opitons.
Using sprays, mouthwashes, tablets for bad breath will not treat the cause of the problem
