Q.

Teeth breaking

My daughter is 11 years old, her teeth breaks off just on the gum and the roots is still intact.Yesterday a piece of gum came off and her mouth was bleeding.The teeth that broke off has gone rotten in her mouth.I want to take her to the dentist but she is scared to go but she has to.Why is her teeth breaking like that.Please help?
