Q.

Swallowing mouth wash

I sit in a very large office and we have to walk quite far to the bathrooms. I drink quite a lot of coffee and sometimes, in stead of chewing on some orbit, I would simply take a quick sip of mouthwash, rinse and then swallow. Its better than to go to the bathrooms (as they are quite messy and one doesn''t feel so good using them). I''m told by the lady sitting next to me that it is not good for you to swallow the mouthwash. Is this true?
