Q.

Stains

Hi. My 10 year old''s permanent teeth are all stained! The problem is that is looks like the problem is on the inside of the tooth. They are not the same colour and she is very embarrised about this. Otherwise she''s very healthy and gets sufficient calcium daily. What could be the cause and how do I treat it?

First the cause of the staining needs to be determined. If it is external it can be removed if it is internal, treatment will depend on the cause.
