Q.

Sore teeth

Hi there, I have always had a problem with grinding my teeth at night. I also grind my teeth when I am stressed during the day. Lately my teeth and gums are so incredibly painful. I have tried using toothpastes like Mentadent Sensative and Sensodyne but they are just not helping. I also rinse twice a day with Angolax C which just numbs my mouth for about half an hour. Is there anything else that I can do. My teeth are now so sore that it hurts to brush them. Even just touching my mouth makes me want to cry. Please can you give me some advice. Thanks

you need to have an examination at a dentist and have a bite plate made.
this plate takes the pressure of the teeth during grinding and greatly reduces the pain.
over the counter products will not help
