Sore gums

Good day

I have recently developed a a very irritating oral problem , I get swollen gums over the past few weeks and my teeth hurt, the swelling changes all the time, i.e, ity will move from the side of my mouth to the top front to the bottom front etc, my teeth have become very sensitive and sore, I have been using the same brand of toothpaste for years without any problems, I have changed toothbrushes as well, I brush twice daily, my breath has turned bad as well, what can I do to resolve my problem, the issue seems more like gingivitis but I could be wrong, please help
