Q.

Sore gums

Hi

Lately I' ve had trouble with my gums. It' s very painful at the right side of my mouth. It happens at night, when I floss it' s even more painful, I started to floss when I had the pain. I can' t go and see a dentist at the moment.

there could be many possibilities here: a gum problem, an infection from a tooth, ulcers etc. seeing a dentist is the only way to diagnose the problem
