Q.

small white spots in mouth

Hi

For the past two weeks I have these small white spots in my mouth (at the back where the top and bottom jaw comes together) they are painless and do not rub off. I have tried a cream from the pharmacy, used andelex, tcp, salt nothing seems to cure them. Could you please tell me what it could be.

it could be a number of things. t could be a bacterial infection or as a result of some trauma or a number of other possibilites.
Instead of going to a pharmancy, rather consult with a dentist to diagnose the condition and then institute treatment
