Q.

Sharp shooting pain from gums

Hi There

Can you please tell me what to do.
My mom wears dentures and what happens is when she chews the dentures push down on her gums which causes sharp pains.
This is happening every day now .On her dums are round bumps which we think are nerves perhaps because its that kind of pain that she feels. That instant sharp shooting pain.
Can anything be done about this?
