Second Teeth out no space


My 5& 1/2 year old girl had her first 4 bottom teeth out and she''s now getting replacementfront bottom teeth however there is no space and there is no alignment.

will the Dr recomment that it be romoved, because it is clear that she''s gonna double teeth and she''s already bitting herself

Go to Louis Pasteur Hospital in Pretoria CBD. See dentist Dr.Matee, might refer you to other specialists such as Dr Nkhumeleni (Orthodontics) and Dr Masipa (Maxillo facial and oral surgeon)...depends on severity and age of child
