rotten teeth toddler of 2.

what would be the treatment for extremely rotten teeth?hadchronic constipation since 8 months old.please help.jazakalah

it is beyond restoration.decayed almost to his gum.have no med aid.can you advise me on hospitals that would do it for free.i''m unemployed.thank you
