Q.

Root canals

Hi

I’ m a 30 year old female and for the past 3 years I had numerous root canals. Every 6 months it’ s one/two that need to be done. I don' t understand why my teeth are so bad. I floss, brush, and use mouthwash (with fluorite) twice a day. What am I doing wrong? I have my teeth cleaned every 6 months. My dentist can' t tell me why I’ m struggling so much with my teeth.

It’ s costing me thousands of Rands each year and my medical aid is normally maxed out before mid-year.

Is there anything MORE that I can do to look after my teeth? Or is it simply genetics? My siblings have weak teeth and my folks both have
False teeth. I obviously wouldn’ t one day want to go that route  -)

Any help/advice would be appreciated.

Regards

besides a healthy diet and good orla hygiene habits and regular check ups at the dentist , there's not much lese you can do.
Genetics may be one of the reasons
