Q.

Regularly on antibiotics

Dr, my 2 and a half year old has been on various antibiotics since the age of 8 months. She was sick almost every month with different illnesses. I am worried about her teeth, as I have heard of a 7 year old suffering from brittle permanent teeth, because of being on antibiotics when she was a baby. Was giving my child Reuterie every time she was on antibiotics enough???? What can I give her now to ensure strong healthy teeth in the future, besides hygiene? She is drinking 500ml of S26 formula per day. Thx!

a healthy diet is essential (including fruit). it is also essential to cut out fizzy drinks and sweets much as possible.

Zymafluor drops may help but I would suggest a consultation with a dentist before starting this.
