i had a wisdom tooth extracted at hospital a month ago...my lip is still a bit swollen and the lip and my chin as well as the teeth on that side are still numb. the lip tingles and feels like it is burning so i have to keep putting vaseline on it...what can i do?? is it normal?? i cant eat well because it is so numb...like i had injection to numb it

the tingling sensation is a sign that the feeling is coming back in the nerve. nerve damage is a common side effect opf wisdom teeth removal. The swelling however is not normal this long after the procedure- see your surgeon
