Painful tooth

A wisdom tooth on the right side of my mouth is extremely painful. I have a filling in it that was done in December last year. After the dentist did the filling, it was sometimes painful it felt as if the filling was touching a nerve. Last week  I found out I am 11 wks pregnant but the tooth started paining last week, and I went back to the dentist and she prescribed a penicyllin antibiotic, but since monday my tooth has been so painful and also the tooth next to it and the back tooth on the top jaw is also now paining, at times it feels as if the gum is itchingor pulling.....I could not get an app to see my dentist this week, so I ended up going to another dentist, and she refused to do anything because I''m in the 1st tri only with my gynea''s permission.....i am going to see my dentist today, do you think there is a chance that she will be able to extract the tooth?? I am currently taking 2 panado''s every 3 hrs and rubbing grandpa on the tooth to help with the pain.......

if your gynae says you can have dental treatment/extraction it will be possible. it is essential that your dentist discuss tihs with him/her
