painful

hi doc on friday i had an embedded wisdom tooth removed the dentist broke my wisdom tooth while removing it so he cut into my gum to take it out. wen i got home all the stitches came out and it bled for 3 days i went back to him on saturday morning he told me its not necessary to re-stitch he gave me mybulen for the pain and moxypen today i would finish my moxypen.i just wanna know since the stitches came out is it necessary to go back for a check up and im still geting really sharp pain but thankfully the swelling has gone down wat can i do to speed up the healing process because its making me misrable

yes it is best to have a follow up visit after wisdom tooth removal. Ideally this should be after7-10 days of the procedure
