Q.

PAIN IN TEETH AND GUMS

I am a 37 year old female who does not smoke or drink. I have had sever pain in both my left hand side upper and lower teeth which are very sensitive to hot and cold drinks as well as air. It has been 3 weeks now. My dentest can not find anthing wrong and says im grinding. He had taken mouth x rays. What can I take to kill this pain and make it go away as nothing is working and I cant take the pain anymore

if your dentist has diagnosed grinding, a bite-plate (custom made mouth guard) will make a huge difference.
However if the grinding has destroyed a large amount of enamel, restoration of these teeth will still be necessary
