Q.

OVERLAPPING LOWER FRONT TEETH

Bottom front teeth overlap due to lack of space after wisdom teeth erupted. Would it be helpful to remove teeth at the back to make room and would the front teeth straighten out again? Otherwise, if not what is the most cost effective treatment. No medical aid.

it is unlikley that the teeth will straighten on their own after removing the posterior teeth.
braces would be the best option in this case
