Q.

Mouthwash

Good day

I am diabetic and have been advised to floss and use a mouth wash.
I am not sure how to effectively incorporate this in my routine.

I brush my teeth upon waking but only have breakfast a couple hours later at work.

At night before bed I brush me teeth and floss (not every day though).

Should I use the mouth wash after I brush or after eating breakfast?

when is the best time to floss in the morning?

Thanks

Regards
