Q.

Milk teeth

My son is 4 years old and obviously still has his milk teeth. Last night we noticed that he has a hole in one of his back molars (second last tooth). Should we take him to the dentist to have it seen to? Would the dentist do anything, as they are milk teeth? Please would you give us some advice on how to handle this. Thanks.

yes, you need to have it seen to, in fact he should have had a dental visit long ago already.
the tooth needs to be filled if possible before any pain starts
