Q.

Jaw

Doc
I had a fractured jaw 30 years ago and since the operation my jaw was clicking when i eat something that is bit tough. My front teeth also do not fit on top of one another(top, bottom)The bottom teeth is 6mm behind the top ones. It troubles me some.
Can the jaw sag (drop or pull back) and could i go for surgery to rectify the problem.
Thank you

Sometimes surgery is necessary but orthodontics can also be done. See an orthodontist first
