Q.

Itchy spot on gum

My daughter is five and hasn’ t started losing her milk teeth yet. She is complaining that the gum above one of her molars (top left) is itchy. This is not the first time it has happened and it is not itchy all the time it seems to come and go. What could it be?

the first molar erupts at around 6- it could be that. Have you taken her to a dentist yet? if not it is wise to have had a check up by now
