Q.

Incorrect order of baby tooth eruption

Dear Doc

My son starting teething quite early, and got his first bottom incisors at 5 months. The lateral bottom incisor also came out at that time. A few weeks later, the two upper lateral incisors have erupted, but the upper central incisors aren' t out yet. They are present, but just not out yet. Could this abnormal order of tooth eruption be a problem? or is it seen often. My older son also teethed early, but his teeth came in in textbook order.
