Q.

Hydrogen Peroxide Vol. 10

Hi, I have read that adding hydrogen peroxide to toothpaste or diluting with water makes teeth lighter. I know HP10 is fairly mild- will using it once a day for a week or so make a difference? I can see that you prefer if one goes to a dentist but quite frankly it is waaaaay to expensive.

I strongly advise you not to add any peroxide to your toothpaste/water.
If you cannot go to a dentist it will be better not to do anything.
