Q.

horrible pain

hi.i hav a hole in my tooth and naturally its sensitive to things like cold air or heat.what i find odd is that sometimes the toothache is extremely painful and spreads throughout my jaw and down my neck and eventually the entire right side of my face,jaw and neck is so painful and feels hot.what could it be and should i see a doctor or dentist for this.pls help.thanx
