Q.

Gums

Hi doc, i have a problem! My gums is loose in the middle of my bottom teeth, i can pull it away from my teeth and it is darker red of color. It is not painfull but i am concerned! I had braces, but i still have the retainer (straight wire) at the back of my bottom teeth!
How can i get my gums normal again?

it is essential to have a cleaning done. this together with brushing /flossing daily should keep your gums healthy.
there is most likely some calculus trapped in the area you describe. a cleaning should sort the problem out.
