Q.

Grinding theeth in sleep

Hey Doc
I have this bad problem where when I stress during the night while asleep I clench my teeth and also grind my teeth this has caused my 2 bottom back molars to have no " enamel"  layer on and thus I am getting litle black spots on my teeth, the dentist did fill them up with a layer of " enamel"  but that seems to have disappeared

Have a bite plate made to minimise the effects of the grinding and to prevent the teeth getting worse.
It is unlikely that BLACK spots are caused by grinding though
