Grinding Teeth

I have noticed that my 4 year old daughter at night while sleeping grinds her teeth. I noticed she moves around and like she is swallowing and then she grinds her teeth. I am really concerned about this and would like to know what actually causes this should I be concerned and should I take her to see someone and get it treated before it gets bad. Could this also be the cause of worms.

This is a common problem in young children ( search previous posts)
try to ensure that she is relaxed before going to bed- maybe give her a glass of warm milk

There is unfortunately no treatment for grinding at such a young age
