Q.

DENTURES

I have 4 dentures in the front top with a steel pallett. I have been wearing dentures from about 13 yrs and Im now 40. Took them out because of fashion those days. I hate them and they a nightmare because every year I have to make new ones because they either break or something. what is a better option because they costing me a fortune but fortunately medical aid pays but I sometimes have to pay a portion. would a bridge be best or implants. can the medical aid pay if I get a motivation from the maxillo-facio? im sick of using false teeth. please advice.

Implants are a nice option if you are a suitable candidate- this will depend on the amount of bone available for placing the implants, among other factors.
