Q.

Dental Anxiety

Hi there. I wrote to you a little while ago about anxiety when visiting the dentist - I went to a dentist who said i need a couple of fillings. i told him how nervous i am and about the gagging, nausea etc. He prescribed Bromazepam for the anxiety (I am going to get the fillings done next wednesday) - i am still worried about the gagging though. Is there anything he or I can do before or during to make this more bearable? I am so sensitive that I gagged when we put the mirror in my mouth. Do you have any suggestions that may help with the gagging?

just remind your dentist again. There's not much you can do to prevent gagging
