crowns

Hi, I have three crowns on my front teeth. my gum area were the crowns are is very sensitive and I have this funny taste and smell that I have from my front teeth(crowns). What is the cause of this must the crowns be removed?

This can only be assessed after examing the crowns. The sensitivity is a cause for concern especially if the crowns are old. If the crowns are receently placed- some sensitivity is normal for a day or two
