Q.

Constant toothache

I have a constant toochache and the funny thing is that the tooth is not broken and does not have a hole. What could be the cause of this pain?

The tooth may have a hole which you cannot see with your naked eye- that's why an x-ray is necessary.
The pain could also be as a result of an infection/abnormal bite.
