Q.

Clicking Jaw

Hi Doctor, I have a problem where my jaw clicks and makes a popping sound most mornings. I think it''s due to grinding my teeth in my sleep. I now have a mouth piece that I''ve been using for the last few weeks but it doesn''t seem to be completely fixing the problem. My question is then, would I see a dentist or orthodontist for this kind of problem? Thanks, SJ

See a dentist- you may need referral to a maxillofacial specialist later
