Q.

Ceramic/Porcelain Veneers

Hi Doc

Please advise regarding the above.
I have one tooth that is crooked, it really stands out from the rest.
What I would like to know is if I would be able to have a veneer fitted to correct this. What I am wondering is if it is perhaps too crooked to be corrected with the veneer or could any tooth be corrected with a veneer fitting?
If possible I could send a picture for you to have a look at and then confirm with me?

The difference between the two? I see that the ceramic is the less expensive one and last 5-7yrs while the other lasts longer. Is there any other difference and would you recommend ceramic?
Can I see my local dentist regarding this and will he be able to do the procedure or do I have to see a cosmetic dentist?
Can you recommend a dentist in Cape Town that I could see?
Looking forward to your response, Thanks

IF THE allignment is not way out then a veneer can work. Both ceramic/porcelain are good- choice will depend on individual circumstances. all dentists are trained to perofrm the procedure so your regular dentist can do the procedure. Sorry I don't know dentists in the Cape
