Q.

Cavity in Wisdom Tooth

I have a huge cavity in my wisdom tooth and need to have it pulled. do you thinkk the dentist will be able to do thisin the chair or will my tooth break because of the hole already there - will he have to cut my gums open to get the root out?

it depends on many factors-
position, ssize, shape of roots. nature of surrounding bone, size of cavity etc.
This decision can only be made after an examination and xray
