Q.

Cap

Dear Doc
I have a tooth 4 teeth from my front tooth which was fillled by a dentist . The said filling came out and the tooth broke . [ one year after the filling ] i then went back to the same doc and he capped my tooth - this was approx 3 months ago . About two weeks ago my cap came out taking the remianing part of the tooth with it . The said cap was STINKY .it was if my tooth had decayed in th cap . Since getting the cap I did have a weird taste in my mouth . About a week ago I had the cap put back in my mouth by using a rod filled with cement ., I feel that i should be liablle to pay for the second placement of the cap as I feel the doc should have ensured that the tooth was free of decay before capping it . Further he should have put in a rod initially for securement of the tooth . I take care of my teeth and ensure i dont bite on that side of my mouth - what do you suggest I do ? Thank You
