Bumped milk tooth lost whiteness

My four-year old daughter bumped her front tooth about a month ago. It was sore, but didn' t loosen or bleed or anything. In the last week or so, we' ve noticed that it has gone a dull grey colour. Does this mean it is going to fall out prematurely? Should we just leave it? Or does she need to see a dentist? Thanks

the dark colour is an indication that th nerve was damaged during the knock.
This often causes an abscess as well and it is unwise to leave it untreated.
See a dentist to determine whether the teeth will need removal.
