bulimia

Hi there
I am a sufferer of bulimia for ten years and my teeth are all of a sudden deteriorating rapidly, going yellow, getting thinner and have started chipping because I grind my teeth.I know what I should do but if I cant what ways can I prevent my teeth from falling out?
