Q.

Bubble above top front teeth

Please help I have a bubble above my top front teeth - above / by the gum area.

I have had this before a few times, my doctor says its nasal infection.
sometimes my face starts swelling in that area, cheeks, upper lip etc.

I have had root canal on the tooth below it.

What is it and how can I get it to go away - before my face swells - please help.

It does not seem to be a nasal ifection especially if you have had a root canal done on the tooth.
It is most likely a recurring infection from the treated tooth.
The root canal may need to be redone or an apicectomy done -see previous posts on the topic or discuss this with your dentist
